Lindsay is a lover of all things athletic. She grew up on soccer and gymnastics, and when she hit high school fell in love with cross-country and track. So it was only a matter of time that a stress fracture would take her off the road and into a cycle studio.
She was immediately attracted to the intense workout, the music and the darkness, and knew she could rock it as an instructor. Lindsay’s cycle style is a combo of intervals and tough resistance – she’s never met a hill she didn’t like. You’ll surely sweat on any of her rides and be tempted to “beat up the beat.”
Lindsay has several half marathons and duathalons under her belt, she loves to ski, and on any given day you can find her running through town with her husky/german shepherd, Maverick.
Lindsay only moonlights as a cycle instructor. Lindsay’s days are spent at an advertising agency in Boston where she leads their social media strategy team. Lindsay, her husband, Jesse (an avid surfer and kiteboarder), and their twin boys live in Amesbury.
