Kristin Merli has been teaching cycle for 6 years, Certified through Madd Dogg Spin. Kristin has always been passionate about exercise growing up playing team sports through college. She found cycle classes in college and fell in love with the infectious high intensity, low impact capacity that allows participates to modify their ride to fit their own personal fitness level, style and goals.
As a nurse, Kristin considers exercise to be an essential component to overall wellness, disease prevention and stress management. She believes strongly in exercise’s ability to align the mind & body. She considers incorporating variety in your exercise routine essential to prevent injury, mental fatigue and fitness plateaus.
Kristin strives for her class participants to enjoy the process of achieving wellness and fitness goals while building physical and mental endurance.
She finds the unique blend of an independent workout within a shared social environment to be invigorating. She hopes her cycle participants leave class feeling empowered, energized and strengthened, both in the mind & body.
